I'm very impressed with Touchkeys. In a number of previous posts, I had been asking about using a guitar synth to get those nuances that other instruments have that give particular instruments their unique voices via control parameters.
While it doesn't appear this technology could work will with a guitar synth, it is clearly able to add some of the expression lacking in many keyboard solos and backing tracks.
Imagine if more of the instruments unique phrasing was incorporated into RB backing tracks. I think it would be the next step up toward even more realism than they already have.
I want one !!! : )
