Thanks, Kelso. I guess that was wishful thinking, as most software these days no longer includes a printed manual. It certainly was a nice inclusion with BIAB 2012.

I added a few other questions to my original post. I hope someone can provide clarification on those remaining questions. If the answer to them is YES, that really would be a GREAT deal.
