Wow! I just went through that trying experience. Musicians Friend gave a download # and a key #. The key# is actually the serial number. The tutorial authorization video, on the Toontracks site, doesn't match up with what my computer screen had. Then there's a bunch of upgrades to install, including some for EZ Mix that I didn't know about. Frank, they should give us all medals for even being able to figure this stuff out.
