While we're talking about changes to the BIAB 2014 Mixer, I'd also like to ad the ability to solo more than one track. This is usually possible in most other DAWs. Sometimes I want to hear how two tracks are working together. Sure, I could mute all the tracks I don't want to hear, but it would be nice to just solo the two I do want to hear.
There is a workaround I discovered when working with the list of Tracks/instruments at the top left of the GUI:
Right click and solo the first track, THEN Shift + Right Click on the NAME of other track (e.g., Guitar) you want to solo and then you will have just those two tracks soloing. It works but it's clunky.
It would be great to solo more than one track in the 2014 Mixer.

Hey, John:
An easy way to audition two (or more) instruments together is to left-click the Solo (S) button for the first instrument you wish to hear. The Mute (M) buttons for all the other instruments will turn red and those tracks will be muted. Now, to audition a second instrument with the first, simply left-click on the Mute (M) button for that instrument to un-mute it and to hear that track play simultaneously with the first. You can add other instruments in this way, if you so desire.
