Hi Bert, If you want to use Hi-Q midi sounds (especially with the Supermidi Tracks) then IK Multimedia will allow you to install the Sampletank VST/DXi synth. A number of Realtracks these days use the Amplitube effects software. The "Custom Shop" icon that you mention is part of the Amplitube setup process as far as I remember. It's a convenient way of shopping online. I never use it. Let's see what others say  This is just my perspective. Regards, Noel Ok -- Thanks for that info. One more (hopefully the last) dumb question --- I ran thru the registration routines for Amplitude and Sampletank and pasted in the S/N's that it generated. How/where can I see in BIAB that they were properly activated? Thanks again!
