Firstly go to lead sheet.
...When the Notation Options pops up, select "Guitar Chord Diagrams" (#1) and from the drop-down list select "none" (#2).
Click OK to leave the options.
Thanks very much Noel. I was able to remove the chord diagrams. I wonder why with so many instrumentalists using BIAB, guitar chord diagrams are used by default?
In relation to your second question, it's not possible to modify the chord diagrams.
Hmmm... that's too bad. I would have thought it was possible by this time.
