Agree midi only BIAB would be a nice beginning for Android. It would be wonderful to connect tablet to pc via usb or wi-fi network then copy MGU or SGU songs between devices. Even nicer if BIAB for Android had 77 built-in midi styles so songs could be created inside the program.

A big issue for many users might be many of their songs use hybrid or Real styles. I think there would have to be some way to accommodate RealTracks.
