I'd love to be able to give you a definitive review but I don’t use ST exclusively, or intently, so my opines on this topic are not real useful. There are some useful bases and keys in those two libs, and some that I wouldn’t even consider, nothing world class but depending on what you already have, or not, they might be a step up but YMMV (sorry for the lack of true insight here). Maybe others who actually work in detail with ST and these add-ons can give better insight (you have until next Monday)

a PS thought: The WORLD collection, if you are into "non-traditional" instruments, and assuming you lack other libs (like Garritan's World collection, or some Kontak libs, etc.) is a nice little lib
