Short answer, yes. But not really via BIAB.

RB or PowerTracks Pro audio or any other sequencer (Sonar, Cubase, Mixcraft, ….) would be better.

Or simply using the ST standalone app (don’t really need to run the VSTi or DXi via a host)

Simply load sounds/patches in SampleTank and play, after telling ST where to get it's MIDI input from.

But given it IS A SOFT SYNTH there may be a SLIGHT (noticeable) delay from key strike to sound - depends on your PC, whether using WDM, MME or ASIO, etc.
