Recognizing that there are a great many features behind how BB behaves that I don't know, what is the best way to report what might be a bug?

On this forum or through email to support@pgmusic.com?

Two Examples

1. A pretty minor installation bug, however, it might be a "showstopper" for folks who want to explore CopyMe (the Mike Black harmony lessons and practice) and are unable to hear Mike speak because the BB 2014 EverythingPAK installation (Option 1 from the Harddrive) doesn't decompress Mike's audio files. (You can do it yourself if you go to c:\bb\CopyMe and click on Decompress.exe)

A support@pgmusic.com email?

2. This one I suspect may not be a bug, but it's got me scratching my head.

I have been trying to modify Mike Black's "CopyMe" lessons Style's Mix to use higher bank patches.

When going to the next lesson, the song's bass, drum, piano, guitar and strings patches that share the same Style use the modified style higher bank patches, however, the Melody and Thru channels have different behaviors.

For all three styles I experimented with, each having several associated songs, when I made and saved the Style with the changes:
1. The next song's Melody channel didn't recognize the new Style Melody patch, and always defaulted to GM Patch 1 (Acoustic Piano).
2. The Thru channel's patch change doesn't get saved in the Style, however, the next song in the style does change.

Tried various combination of turning off and turning on Style and Song Patch Change flags in the Preferences, other stuff, saving a song with patch and harmony while the song was playing to see if that made a different (bass still changed to the style's choices), ...

Feature? Bug? Email to support@pgmusic or a forum post?

Thanks - just want to be a good "forum citizen" is all...
