Forget waiting for a fix go here: Symlinker then link your loop folder(s)   For XP use NTFS Link Ext So go to the RealTracks/Loops folder right click > New > NTFS Junction point then browse to your Loop folder, add more for other locations.  Edit: This seems to work on external drive on XP Junction Link Magic Jucntion Link Video WMV

NTFS Lint Ext does not work with removable hard drives, usb drives or network drives.
My guess is it will not work with the usb drives PG Music ships much of their product on. However, XP users might be able to use it after loading BIAB to the primary or secondary computer drive.

It appears this one does support network drives as long as they are mapped, but it also appears the complexity level went way up. For Vista and later. http://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html
