Yep... sounds like a latency issue. You have a mix of wave tracks (audio) and synth tracks (midi) at times when you move to Real Band from BiaB. On my lappy, I have this same issue IF the RB tracks include one or more midi tracks. Many RB styles are converted to 100% audio tracks and that latency will NOT be an issue on those.

The midi tracks take longer to process and get to the speakers, and the result is you hear them a number of milliseconds after the corresponding audio track.

Check the latency settings and adjust them. Another solution is a dedicated audio/midi interface which many folks, including myself, use. The interface uses ASIO drivers and latency is a non-issue.

The driver being used on the factory card can also make a difference in the latency. Try adjusting settings first before switching drivers.
