Hello, (I'm very sorry for my bad english (I am french) My problem is : At first I get the permanent authorization  but when I open it through BIAB I read no authorization :  I received Digital ID and authorization code, but I don't know what doing with. Did anybody have this problem and find the good way to solve it ? Thank you a lot for an answer ! Bertrand Bertrand, I don't think I had to do anything this time when I upgraded but I probably went through this last time. I did just purchase some additional stuff from IK and found their registration/authorization process to be quite confusing. Basically you have to create an account with them and then register the product (SampleTank) you wish to use and then go to your user area on their site and you can then see your serial number, digital ID and Authorization number. Keep this window open when you launch SampleTank and enter the info they request. Not sure if this is helpful. You may need to ask PG or IK directly for assistance.
