I think it's integrated into a file named 'intrface.bbw', which is a binary file and only managed by the program itself. They are not stored in the Registry now as far as I can tell. (NOTE: don't try to open or edit this file, you could corrupt your setup !!)
The proper way to get to recent files is this through the Recent File list. You can manage your own lists from this window, create new, and save them / re-load them etc:
