The server function that drives it comes with BiaB, but I think I installed the app from the app store.

I just went to the Google Play store (on my phone) and searched Realband remote, I don't think it cost me anything this way .. but it may have been a buck. Honestly don't remember.

Download and install the app to Android device.
Start the Server function from (normally) the C:\bb\bbhelper\ folder
Launch the app on your android and this triggers the server function to launch RB on my system.

You can load a file from either the computer or the app, but the tempo seems to default to 140 and not match the seq file tempo on my phone. Hitting the rewind button on the app seems to make it grab the correct tempo from the file.
Then you can use the phone app as a remote control for RB. Play, record, mixer volumes and panning, etc.
Otherwise it works pretty dang well here.
