When you click on the save midi icon (Picture of a disk and midi plug with text .MID) you get a dialogue that allows you to choose the type of midi. Choose Type 1 Normal. This outputs each channel to its own track. PT and RB should now open the file from the open command, putting each BIAB track on its own PT/RB track.

if you choose type 0 then all channels go on one track. PT/RB will import all channels to one track. In PT/RB you will be prompted if the type 0 file should be extracted one track per channel, if you type yes then the seperate channels should end up each on its own track.

If you say no, you can still use file Edit/Extract channels to Tracks to move the seperate channels to their own track.
