Dani Yes Dani I am in upper Western New York State very close to Lake Ontario. The Rochester NY region that I am in is the snow capitol of New York State! Lots of skiing and skating here. Ice hockey is very big here. Although most of it is played indoors we just had a 10-day outdoor hockey event. I watched it on television, as watching hockey in –15C (5F) is not my idea of having fun.
The fitness trainer asked me, "What kind of a squat are you accustomed to doing?" I said, "Diddly."
