I don't use the print function too much and when I do I'm always pressed for time like now. A New Years gig coming up and the bass player asked me for a couple charts. No prob I thought, I can do that in Biab.
I put in 1st and 2nd endings, they show in the chord grid but not in the print preview, the print function is unfolding the whole song. I remember now I saw that in 2013 as well but I only needed it one time and forgot about it.
I've played with the chorus options in the print preview screen with no difference. I can tell it to print a single chorus or the whole song, still no 1st/2nd ending.
Did you set the number of staves per page? If you have a 32 bar tune, then the number should be 9 staves. 8 for the tune, one for the title. I usually pen in the repeats, endings and codas myself. Later, Ray

Yeah, that's the workaround we all use but I need to do a pdf and email it. I know the repeats used to print but I haven't needed to do that for several years now.
You have to print from the fakesheet format. Click the 'two eigth notes' button, and you should see the song in fake sheet format, together with the repeats.
Just make sure the boxe for fakesheet is checked. It's at the top of the page above the title.

Bob, the Fake Sheet Mode needs to be checked, that will allow the repeats to print. Not sure how to get the tag ending to print, I get very mixed results with that

Just print out your leadsheets...write in the "notation edits" you find difficult/impossible to achieve in BIAB...scan it to pdf file and e-mail it. I do that all the time.
I save all such BIAB edits in a particular folder for future use.
Yes, I do that all the time when I'm handing them out in person but I don't have a scanner here. I do at the office but never bothered to get one for home so I just emailed him the raw Biab pdf. He's on Catalina and needs a day to go over the charts before NYE.
I've stopped beating a dead horse concerning the printing but I sure do wish PGM would make just a few basic tweaks to improve that. Afaik, there's been nothing in that area since I started posting here.
Oh well, all the other improvements have been awesome so I'm totally good.

Bob, that's a good point you make. I'm going to create a new post to see what are the exact requirements to print a fake sheet complete with intro, choruses, and tag. If we can't get the correct, definitive answer, then probably a Wish List item might be required. Best Trevor
