No amount of help will turn Realtracks into midi directly. RealTracks are Audio recordings, not midi, and never were. You cannot save audio as midi. Midi is data not sound. Audio is actual sound recordings. You can use a program like Melodyne editor to amke midi out of audio, but it will lack all the processed nuances of typical midi.

If you want to export midi to Sonar, you need to generate midi tracks, not realtracks. Use Midi styles in the style picker. You need to make a midi file and listen to it through a good midi synth, then export that file and open it in sonar, and you can use the synths there for better sound or sound you like.
