Again not to insult you but did you do as I mentioned about UNCHECKING the route MIDI and making sure that you have the GS Wavetable selected?

"Next in BIAB in "Opt. > MIDI/Audio driver setup" IN MIDI input devices make sure you select the USB MIDI controller/device or the actual MIDI port (if not USB device)

Then on the right hand side of the same window you have to UNCHECK the "Route MIDI Thru to MIDI Driver" - otherwise input MIDI data goes directly out to the selected MIDI Output Driver selected in the middle of this window -and BAIB never sees it. "
