yes but it has been said they are very basic for notation, and not for full tracking. Still if you want to do the work, then you can most likely edit the heck out of them and see what you get.
What the OP wants is to export the RTs and have Sonar play them as midi tracks. Seems hit and miss at the very best. My thoughts are why even start in RTs if you want midi. Start the project with midi styles and go from there. Far less potential for problems.
