I'm pretty sure what you're asking for is not possible on the Melody or Soloist track.

That being said, BIAB will export midi data for what is on the Guitar track to individual midi channels.

So, if you have a midi guitar strumming loaded on the the Guitar track, you should be able to get it saved to individual channels using "File | Make a standard midi file" and then choosing "Options" from the box that pops up.

If you are talking Realtracks then, in theory, if they have realcharts associated with them, and they are on the Guitar track, your should be able to do this for them as well.
