I have isolated the problem and it is now 100% confirmed the access violation error was caused by the Acoustic Strumming 85.
Solution: I re-installed the RealTrack patch, and now it works fine. So if you encounter a similar problem look at the window and identify what realtrack BIAB is doing when it stopped. then reinstall the patch related to it.
