My workaround is to use Audacity.exe to open the mp4 file and then use the File-Export command in Audacity to export and save as an mp3 file.

Take a look at this link to the Audacity FAQ on the subject, its short and sweet.

Thanks, Mac. I used Transpose! (which I presently have the trial for) to export the file to WAV, and BIAB loaded it just fine. Strange that BIAB has problems with only certain mp4 files...

Now, I have one other question. Does BIAB have a function that would display how to play a given chord on the keyboard? For example, is there away to click on or highlight a chord on the song score and have the "Big Piano" show the chord?

I've looked at Chord Builder and Chord Options so far. While they each will play the chord, they don't show the keys on the keyboard.

IF BIAB does not have this type of functionality, do you know of an app or program that does? (ie - type in a chord name and have it displayed on a piano keyboard)?

Thanks again.
