A sus chord is a chord with the 4th note of the major scale replacing the 3rd. Thus an Asus chord would be A-D-E, a Dsus chord would be a D-G-A and an A7sus chord would be A-D-E-G, that is an Asus with the added 7th.

Google/Bing the fingerings if you need. Also most guitar chord books include these fingerings.
