As for the second concern, <When I go to the "OPEN" button, "Opem files..." I can see the folder I want with the songs in it but they are not alphabetized. I have tried the "rebuild" in the Songpicker dealog box but the list still remains the same. Even when reopening BIAB.>...
You can easily alphabetize the files by clicking on the column title, "Name"; click again and it will alphabetize from z to a. Each column can be ordered in this fashion, some by date or by number or whatever category is being reported by that column. This is a standard Windows protocol and not specific to BIAB.
This should make finding the files easier for you.
