Hi Kevin,

I double-checked my Sampletank instruments and I've highlighted those that I purchased from eSoundz when they were having a sale. Each one cost $15.

Presumably, the other unhighlighted folders are what should have come along with Sampletank and BIAB.

Also, I just double-checked the files I downloaded with 2013. They are below.

The first Hi-Q set is definitely part of 2013 (as you've already said). If you don't have this installation set in the either the download or on the USB drive, give PG Music and ring and ask if you can have a link to get it. They will have it on record that you purchased 2013 and so they are only supplying you with what you already should have.

Sampletank installation can cause a couple of issues. If you are on Win 7, you need to set the bbw.exe to "Administrator Permissions" to get Sampletank to work. On page two of THIS THREAD, I comprehensively go through checking to see that Sampletank works and possibilities why it might not. Mac, Larry Kehl and a couple of other forum members offer some great insights, too. It could be useful information for you.

Given the above, I find myself thinking that it might actually be easier to uninstall and then re-install Sampletank. That should help minimize any potential issue.

Hope this helps,
Noel
