You could try the steps below .. once you verify it works, the track copy is optional.
Use top menu; Track Duplicate
Select a blank track for destination and click OK
go to the original track, go to the FX window and 'Save Group' (noting location)
Mute this track.
Select the new (Duplicated) track
Click 'Edit-Audio FX-DirectX Audio Plugins' and load the previously saved group
Use Load Group to load the group you saved (should load the amp with the right settings)
Click to process the track, thus hard writing those effects to the new track
When complete, try merging to stereo wave file
Just might work
