Try changing the delay setting an a blank (New) file and then saving the file as $OPTIONS.seq RB and PT will load this when it opens, as the default, *if* it exists. It may save those settings for you..  Rharv, I tried this, this would work when recording a song from scratch but not when loading a multiple track MIDI file already recorded. Perhaps IMPORTING tracks into this template would work, but so far I've had no luck as it seems to import all tracks onto one track. Maybe someone can shed some light on how importing works...
