There are two files you can rename which will return PT to factory settings:
PTW.INI
PTPA.CFG

Rename these files to something like PTPAOld.CFG and PTWOld.INI

Then PT should recreate those critical files when launched.
You'll have to reselect your devices like it was a new install, but it may work.

If not just rename those files back to their original names.

Have you done a Search for the install file?
Likely a copy in your Downloads folder ..
