Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. And most times when it works it needs improvement. Here is an example in 3/4: I Loaded "You Light Up My Life" with _POPWALZ.STY https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7mm11OTiPxnUFN4RGpiUklVNG8/edit?usp=sharingI tried Melody / Edit Melody Track / Utilities / Transform Waltz Melody and Soloist to 4/4. After the error message "This converts the melody track from a waltz to a 4/4 feel. But first you need to load in a 4/4 style." I loaded a 4/4 Style _GJBALAD.STY, the song was in 4/4 but the melody had not really changed. Once more: Melody / Edit Melody Track / Utilities / Transform Waltz Melody and Soloist to 4/4 Here's the result in 4/4: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7mm11OTiPxnWEx2b014Tk5NUzg/edit?usp=sharingGuido
