Sadly all this is already available but take a lot of work, and money. Just look at the TC Helicon equipment. The biggest problem i see is that you have to know just when to cut in and out the harmonies, and effects. Unless you have one of these to practice with, that will not go off smoothly at a party.
Looks like fun but not a fix for bad karaoke singing really. I think it would go over better if you could by the components separately, for those with some of the equipment already.
