Hi Mus, yes, certainly.

The method that most of us use is to copy everything from one drive to the other (e.g. copy C:\bb\ to D:\bb), including sub folders. Then when you are confident that the copy has completed OK, you can safely delete \bb\... from the original (C:) drive.

You may wish to do the same with your RealBand folder

Make sure to reassign search location inside the program(s), and also reassign the location that the desktop icons point to.
