I am talking about making a note of the style used, the tempo used, the patches used, etc.

I need to do this because I changes song settings often, and I record often, and many times I listen to the resulting MP3s and I think "that was a good take... what style was I using then", etc.

Right now, I just do a screen shot, and print to PDF, and that works, but maybe there is a better built-in way to do it?

What do you think?

Thanks.

Hi Mark. There is a built-in way.
What about using the Memo feature? You can add your own comments, and BiaB also gives you a good breakdown of the song content, including style, tempo, key signature etc.
