I've discovered a work around for this problem. My graphics driver software allows me to make the monitor the primary display and the laptop my extension monitor. When I start BIAB up from the monitor as the primary display it maximizes correctly. Problem solved, although somewhat awkwardly. Works the same way in Windows 7 for me...I suspect the general rule is "set your primary monitor to the monitor with the greatest resolution..."

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
