Greetings:
I have a question about an error message I'm getting using the VST side of BIAB.
Not a valid VST Plugin
C:\Program Files (x86)\VSTPlugins\SampleTank2.x.dll is not a valid VST plugin! Note that only 32 bit Plugins can be used (not 64 bit).
Just a little note on this I don't think they have a 64 bit SampleTank yet and I have tried using Administrator rules for the BIAB .exe program file.
Vst support is working fine in the 2013 AF edition, any help greatly appreciated.
I have sent in a support request for a solution, but for the time being I will see if there is a solution here with the users of the 2014 latest build BIAB.
W7 Pro OS.

Are you using it on an audio track or midi track.

Congratulations on winning a User Showcase award!
When you set administrator privileges for BBW.EX did you do it by going to BBW.EXE in the \bb folder, right clicking on it, selecting "Properties" and then setting the permissions/privileges to administrator? That seems to have worked for a number of people who have had a similar problem.
Once user recently pointed out that the problem seems to be due to Sampletank because it's code was written when prior to Win 7 and it does not allow for the added protection that Win 7 introduced.

Thank you for all your help.
I did find the issue and it was none of the above problems.
It seems that my firewall software sandboxed the new version of the .exe!
Something didn't add up when the previous ver... 2013 worked perfect.
So I added the new bbw.exe to my trusted programs and it worked after
this little hick-up.
I still have both 2013 and 2014 on my machine running in the root of C:
but I renamed the old bb folder to bb2013 before installing the new version which I let install the program files and such and left the rest on the USB HD.
Everything is working!
Thanks again for all your input and I hope this will help someone in the future who has tried all the standard troubleshooting.
