both. the sampletank thing happened back when i first installed 2014. the title is what the title is. OK BTW Did you contact PG Music to find out how many activations you have used? I somehow agree with Mac that the authorization system uses machine hardware to identify a computer uniquely. Merely changing the username shouldn't have created this issue, unless say, there was a full reinstall of software on the computer as well.
