I have windows 7, windows 8 and windows xp all on same machine and have to activate on both windows 7 and windows 8, just use the one copy of biab and shortcut it to each OS.

Just logged into windows xp yesterday and on clicking the shortcut it wanted activation as well. I didn't activate because I want to keep at least one of my activations free. But then I am never really in windows xp anyways.

Its no big deal for me at the moment as I only have biab on one desktop computer and still have one free activation and when using this activation thing other software programs would do the same thing, so its not unusual.

But I can see the point of people who use biab on more than one computer and maybe have a dual boot on one of them.

Its not important enough for me to contact pg music at the moment, but I must admit I would start to get really annoyed if I had activated and then it started messing around and saying your software is not activated, which I don't think has happened to many.
