The previous Trombone was already very good but the new one is even better. The new set, just as the old one, includes several trombones as well as a Bass Trombone. These brass virtual instruments still use the Kontakt Player and there is no plan to move them to the SWAM player.

You can listen to some very fine demos, far more demo pieces than for any other instrument I think, including Classical, Jazz, Pop, Film Soundtrack pieces, and lots of Original Compositions. The demos feature solo or ensemble trombones, including a Big Band Wind/Brass section made solely with samplemodeling instruments (Trumpets, Trombones, and Saxes).

I'm very honored to have my demo included with these very fine musicians who are way out of my league. My demo is useful because it shows various trombones (included in the set) as well as the wah-wah sound traditionally created using a plunger mute. The wah-wah capability was already available with the prior trombone version, but I did not know how to produce it. You switch it on and off by playing a Bb note (below the playing range of the instrument).

Have fun listening
