Did you manage to set the Administration privileges for BBW.EXE (I'm assuming that you have the Windows version of BIAB)?

I'm almost certain that that is your problem. There have been a number of people on these forums who have had a very similar problem to what you describe.

If you can't find BBW.EXE, try right clicking on the BIAB shortcut that you use to start the program, select Properties and then set the privileges to Administrator there. (I think I recall VideoTrack making a post about this as an alternative.) If nothing else, opening up the properties of your shortcut will tell you where to find the file BBW.EXE.
