When using ASIO drivers, that block gets automatically set by your ASIO driver control panel buffer setting.

However, the block inside BB does not change right away when you reset the buffer settings for the ASIO drivers - you have to close the MIDI/Audio window completely and then reopen it to see the reported latency figure in mS.

I don't quite follow what you're saying here, Mac.

I'm aware that the "Latency Adjust" button in MIDI/Audio Drivers Window doesn't apply to ASIO.

I'm referring to the Latency figure in mS that's reported in the "Audio Drivers/Soft Synth Latency Adjust Window". The default value of 4 always comes up - even after I've changed it (to 110 in my case) and exited the MIDI/Audio/Preferences windows completely. If I haven't left BIAB completely the latency stays at where I set this - even though the value shown in the window is 4. If I DO leave BIAB and then start up BIAB again, the latency is bad again, and I have to dive back into Preferences/MIDI/Audio/Synth Latency Adjust to change it back to 110 again. That's what I mean by it doesn't "stick".
