Bob's Tune

A couple of years ago BobH from PSR and B&M Guitars came up with this nylon string guitar part. I recorded it at that time but forgot all about it until last Sunday. I also forgot what BiaB style I used as this was just a quick and dirty recording of an idea and I didn’t record any info.

So we pulled it out, erased the BiaB generated parts and I added the bass part via my Squire P-Bass, the cello, strings and choir via my MIDI keyboard and the oboe via my wind controller.

I thought that I would share it here to get your comments.

OK, a random thought;

Wow, that is a fine melody. On my KRK's the guitar seems to sit well in the mix with the possible exception of the very peak of the strings crescendo. But I have ancient ears.

Mario,

That's beautiful. You do this stuff so well... The guitar is sweet. The wind controller is sweet. The strings are nice!

A very enjoyable listen.

Hi Mario. I always battle to get your tunes to play. I find I have to download them to my computer. Not too sure why or if it is only me that this happens to.

I did download and loved it. You really are very creative with this stuff. Well done

nicely done....

I too thought the guitar part could come up a few db or more in that mix. Almost buried in the mix. I hear the oboe as the lead instrument and the guitar sounds like it simply one of the backing instruments in the mix.

If the guitar is the star, it needs to stand out in the spotlight and shine.
