Ptit lu all... Depuis quelques jours, sans que je sache pourquoi, il m'est impossible de lancer Band In A Box 2011.5 (build329 sous Windows 8.1). Au lancement, j'ai une première fenêtre: [img:center] http://img.audiofanzine.com/image.php?la...Photo_id=268493[/img] Ensuite, après avoir cliqué sur OK, j'obtiens cette fenêtre: [img:center] http://img.audiofanzine.com/image.php?la...Photo_id=268494[/img] Je suis vraiment ennuyé car j'utilise quotidiennement BIAB pour soutenir mes cours de guitare. Je peux en revanche lancer BIAB depuis le HDD EverythingPAK sans problème, mais ce n'est pas très pratique car je déplace mon laptop tous les jours entre mon domicile et mon école, alors si je peux éviter de trimbaler mon HDD, c'est pas plus mal. Sans compter que lorsque le soft est lancé depuis le HDD, je perds tout l'historique de mon travail (morceau récents, styles récents ou favoris, etc...), bref, le meilleur moyen de me faire perdre un temps précieux dans mon activité. Quoi qu'il en soit, m^m si je peux utiliser le HDD en dépannage à l'école, ce problème montre bien un soucis au niveau de ma config laptop. Or, je ne sais absolument pas comment régler le problème. Mes recherches sur Google se résume à un soft soi disant "réparateur" nommé PC Health Advisor et dont les avis sont plutôt négatifs (suspicion de malware) qui ne m'incite absolument pas à tester le bidule. Si je lance une recherche uniquement sur le nom de cette dll, je ne trouve même pas le moyen de la télécharger pour la réinstaller. Bref, j'ai besoin d'aide. Merci d'avance à ceux qui voudront bien se pencher sur mon souci. Alix.

J'ai eu un problème de cet ordre dans le passé. Le module en cause semblant être bbw.exe qui est l'executable de lancement de BIAB, je pense qu'une ré-installation de Band in a Box devrait régler le problème ... ( à essayer en premier avant d'envisager une désinstallation puis ré-installation, solution toujours plus contraignante).

Merci, mais la réinstal, ainsi que la désinstal/réinstal ont déjà été tenté avant de poster le message sans succès.
Une recherche dans Windows sur "rdaw1067.dll" m'a donné plusieurs résultats qui tendraient à démontrer que ce module est utilisé par différentes applications. Cela signifie que BIAB n'est peut-être pas le fautif mais la victime d'un autre soft.
Du coup, je ne sais plus quoi chercher.

OK. Dans ce cas, et si le problème n'est pas trop ancien, une restauration système à un un point de restauration antérieur dans le temps a plus de chance de régler le problème ... L'intérêt est que l'opération est réversible !

J'aimerais tenter une chose. Si quelqu'un pouvait lancer une recherche sur son C: avec "Rdaw1067.dll" et me l'envoyer par email (je transmets mon adresse par MP dans ce cas), ça me permettrait de tenter de réinstaller c'te fichu fichier. Pour rappel, il apparaît 4 fois en divers répertoires sur mon Windows 8.1. A priori, c'est le m^m fichier (m^m poids, m^m date de modification), dans les 4 cas, mais je n'ai aucun moyen de savoir lequel est potentiellement corrompu. Du coup, s'il apparaît chez vous aussi en plusieurs exemplaires, ce serait sympa de me les envoyer tous.  . Merci d'avance à ceux qui voudront bien m'aider.

J'avais déjà fait une recherche en ce sens, mais pas de fichier "Rdaw1067.dll" sur aucun de mes deux PC Win vista et win 7 (je n'ai pas Win 8).
-> la restauration à une date antérieure ne te tente pas ?

Peut être une dernière solution ...
Si tu as tes disques d'installation ou de recovery, sans lancer la réinstallation d'usine du PC, regarde si tu peux visualiser les fichiers d'installation, récupérer le bon fichier "Rdaw1067.dll" et remplacer ta dll corrompue par la bonne.
Sinon, en lançant le disque d'installation W8, tu as peut-être une option "réparation" qui ré-installerait les dll par défaut ?
Après ça, n'ayant pas W8, je cale !..

A n'y rien comprendre.
Hier, sans avoir rien fait de particulier, tout remarchait normalement. J'ai pu travailler sur un projet tranquillement pendant plusieurs heures.
Et là, ce matin, impossible de relancer BIAB. Rdaw1067 refait des siennes...
Je vais en effet tenter la solution que tu me propose. Mais je ne sais pas ce que contient exactement le CD-R de récupération livré avec mon ASUS. OS ou bien utilitaire, je ne sais pas.
Bref, je vois ça dès que... Euh... je remets la main sur ce satané CD de récup...
Mais pourquoi ces foutus CD sont ils toujours aussi prompts à se cacher...
Si comme moi tu es victime des mangeursdecdderécup, rejoins moi dans le club helpforrecoverCD.org...

Quelquefois les PC sont livrés sans CD de ré-installation et il faut les graver soi-même à partir d'un utilitaire inclus dans l'ordi. Pour d'autres, il peut exister une partition sur le DD dédiée à cette fonction.
Le bon signe, c'est que BIAB ait pu re-fonctionner normalement pendant un moment ... Tu dois avoir un petit souci de conflit quelque part -> Teste la mémoire vive pour éliminer un problème matériel éventuellement lié à la RAM ...
Essaie aussi de ré-installer les pilotes asio si tu les utilises.
Est-ce que RealBand tourne bien ?
Je vois que tu tournes sur BIAB 2011.5 : Par la même occasion et pour éliminer les problèmes "cachés" de compatibilité entre W8 et BIAB 2011.5, à ta place je "chercherais" une version plus récente de BIAB (j'ai la version 2014 avec une interface autrement plus conviviale) -> perso je commencerais par ça !

Je n'ai pas les moyens pour l'instant de passer à la version 2014. Mais j'y songe en effet dès que possible. Le soucis, c'est que chez moi, sur différents ordis et avec différentes versions de BIAB (je l'utilise depuis 2008), j'ai l'expérience d'un soft qui n'est pas toujours très stable y compris lors de l'upgrade vers une version plus récente. C'est pourquoi je ne suis pas persuadé que le passage à 2014 me soit plus bénéfique et que je préférerais trouver la solution à ce problème. Cette idée est confortée par le fait que le nouveau laptop en question ici ne date que d'Octobre 2013 et que BIAB 2011.5 y a parfaitement fonctionné jusqu'à ce que je rencontre ce soucis. Ce qui tend à démontrer selon moi qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une incompatibilité avec Win8. Je crois plutôt qu'un truc à foiré avec un autre soft (ou peut-être BIAB lui m^m) et que le fameux rdaw1067 en a pris un coup au passage. Ce qui est sûr, c'est que tout le reste de ma config fonctionne parfaitement. Cubase 7.5, Reason 7, Live 8, Guitar Pro 6, etc. et bien sûr, tous les autres softs liés ou non à la MAO, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Y'a que BIAB qui refuse de s'ouvrir. POur le CD de récup, je savais déjà tout ça, j'ai eu pas mal de config ces dernières années. C'est juste que je suis le champion de l'égarement de CD d'instal, y compris pour certains de mes softs. :-( Heureusement que mes disques durs sont mieux organisés ...

Tu as déjà du y penser, mais si tu faisais des essais d'échange entre tes 4 "Rdaw1067.dll" (en les repérant bien évidemment ...) Les 4 ne sont peut-être pas fichues ..? Tu pourrais mieux cerner le problème avec un peu de chance !

Oui, j'y ai pensé, mais j'ai été freiné dans mon élan par le soudain "refonctionnement" de BIAB l'autre jour.
Et puis c'est reparti en sucette jusqu'à ce matin où une nouvelle tentative m'a permis de bosser avec BIAB pendant une bonne heure avant qu'une nouvelle tentative dans la journée ne se solde par un nouvel échec à répétitions.
Je vais tenter l'échange en question. On verra bien.

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums.
