First, welcome to the PG Music forums and the BIAB community. Once you learn the ins and outs of the software you can look forward to having some major fun!

I'm not an authority here, but I believe that most or all of PG's Bluegrass Styles don't contain drum tracks in the first place. BUT, if I recall correctly, BIAB 2014, and possibly earlier versions, are capable of supporting more than one Real Instrument per track. In order to make way for drums only you would have to erase an existing track.

If you really want the original track that's running where you want to put the drums, the solution would be to work your music up as far as you can in BIAB and then import it into RealBand, which supports up to 48 tracks, and add the drums there.
