No, it is bought as an update 2013 to 2014 distrubution and but is still called "bandinabox_realband_2014_pro.exe" (354.950 kB), which typically creates confusion to me. But it did function when I installed this (update?) at W7 at least for reading and printing the .mgu files as pdf files for this test. And the 2013 is an update 2012 to 2013. But as said my impression is that you always get the complete version whatever they sell or tell you.

So what I did was removing BIAB first normally like you remove programs (after saving my own song files). Then installed the 2014 (update?). No difference. Removed it again, but now with the "Revo" un-installer and removed it thoroughly including searching for all left register items.
But it still left the files (.sty and bb song files) which you need to remove separately. Still no difference. So I removed it a third time but now really deleting any file/directory available from BIAB (so the most thoroughly you can do with "Revo") and then installed it again. Put back my own saved files and EUREKA it works correct again. So simple un-installations do a lousy job.


Musicians and music publishers are still wasting too much paper...come on men we live in the digitised age...Wake up!
