Coming back to the topic of the instructions for use for BiaB 2014...
I have bought BiaB 2014 last December, as I do every year since 2006...
I miss the instructions for use, which usually come after the program
has been downloaded (I download the program and do not have it sent to me as a hard copy-too long for me, cant stand the waiting...)
Of course, with the download came a document (as every year) with "the new features" explained. This document has around 26 pages, whereas the "real thing" like the last version of the instructions I have (2013) has more than 600 pages.
Sure I check all videos, but for me it is not the same than reading the instructions..
OK, I speak today with PG Music through the chat screen (super feature) where you can write directly your query and get an instant answer, works fine...
So now I am told that the instructions for use folder/file "has been redesigned" and that the only way to get it is to order a "hard copy" (!!).
Should I order BiaB a second time?
Anybody in the "same situation" or am I the only one alone and left out?? (soft crying...)
