I can't locate these ghost choruses and don't want to re-enter the data. Is this an issue someone has experience with?
I know that this particular file has been through lots of changes and at one point I had 200 measures. instead of merely repeating the chorus I was writing the song out as a complete piece. But when I changed it to a chorus based song and deleted the extra measures I think some of it got left behind and I don't know how to delete it.

Is there a chance that the bass track is frozen, and therefore playing from when the song was unfolded, and then converted to a chorus based song? If it was frozen, it might not get re-created. Unfreeze and regenerate and see if that helps.
