Thanks Trevor: I think I saw that. Is this an expensive device? $99 (US) This link also has 10 different tracks of sound samples You use the free Kontakt 5 player as a plugin in BiaB or Real Band, and add your required instruments into the player. All done therefore inside the program. It's not a hardware device, it's a completely integrated software solution. Regards Trevor

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
