It also becomes an issue when you find say a cool 12/8 or 9/8 groove somewhere on the net and then try to import it into your own midi style.
The wizard will not support it unless it's written in 4/4. And that's the point. It's only BIAB thats thinking this way.
I'm also not a fan of the idea that a 3/4 style played fast for example is necessarily the same as groove that's intended as a 6/8 feel.
