It's not often I get complements about my singing, so many thanks for that confidence booster. The girls are always great and I'm sure we'll be using Billie again in the future. She's actually a good guitarist as well - I've been teaching her since she was 10 and she's 14 now. Maybe I'll let her have the solo next time!

Alyn. Not being a northerner I have never understood Northern Soul confused BUT I do like Temptations/ Motown style in this song. Add in Sam & Dave, Wilson Picket and you've got the idea. A bit of home-spun philosophy in that line you quoted. Glad you liked it. ROG.

Herb.
You've got a reputation for not pulling the punches, so it's particularly nice to get such glowing praise.
Maybe it's because I love this style of music that I put in so much effort on the production and mix and I'm pleased that you thought it paid off.
Many thanks.

ROG, old man, very cleverly done. It grabbed my ear and refused to let go. Isn't that the whole idea, after all?
Thanks for posting.

Nice to be back! Been so busy just recently that I haven't done much at all on the forum, but I can't wait to explore my new BiaB mega pack. Thanks for the listen and the kind words.

Always value your input. The girls are great aren't they. I don't what I'll do when they all leave for university this year.
Glad you liked it. Thanks.

You're the second ones to pick up on that line. Don't know where that came from, but it just seemed to fit. Thanks for the listen.

Don. It grabbed my ear and refused to let go. Isn't that the whole idea, after all? That's exactly right my old pal. It's what we're always aiming for and it's nice if we actually hit it! Always honoured (honored) to get your comments on one of my tracks. All the best. ROG.

It’s all been said! Outstanding song and mix.
It’s like Bob Dylan, The Shirelles, Tower of Power and Maeco Parker all together.
This is a keeper.
My wife had her driving test today. She got 8 out of 10. The other 2 jumped out of the way!

Rog,
VERY nice! Like Josie said, welcome to the world of RT's!
I particularly like your vocals on this one. This song really fits you.
Very much enjoyed!

Loved it! That wall of sound is fantastic. The hot guitar is mixed in perfectly, all of the vocals are right on as well.
That's one fine performance ya'll.
